On premium dates such as Durga Puja/Christmas/New Years/ Holi and other event dates,the cancellation policy remains non-cancellable and non-refundable.
1 Month Prior – No Charge
3 Weeks – 25% Charge
10 days – 50% Charge
1 Week – Full Charge
In case of cancellation due to Government imposed lockdown, guest will be given a credit note valid for stay within 6 months (Not valid during Holi, Durga Puja, Christmas & New Year) We don’t have any provision for reimbursement for day outing however we can reschedule the booking at a later date (subject to availability) if we are informed in advance
